Social services will assess your finances to see if you need to pay towards the cost of your social care. If you have what are known as eligible needs, you might get social care support. If you need help and support to look after yourself, you might be able to get help from social services. You can contact NHS 111 for urgent mental health support. You might want mental health support but might not be getting any from the NHS currently.

Achor HealthAnchor Health provides health care for queer people by queer people that is groundbreaking, radically inclusive, gender-affirming, and sex-positive. Offering mental health services, peer mentor support, support groups for parents and queer youth, programming, training and education, and case management. They also provide dental care, outpatient mental health care, and other medical/dental services for those living with HIV/AIDS. In addition to the toll-free hotline, they provide mental health support for a variety of situations at walk-in centers throughout the state.

Offer Trans and Gender Expansion programming, QTPOC programming, parent and family support groups, youth programming, as well as hosting the annual Boulder Pride. Imagine Clinic – University of Colorado Medical CenterImagine Clinic as an LGBTQ-specific mental health clinic via University of Colorado Health. Denver Sexual Health Clinic at Denver HealthDenver Metro Health Clinic is a comprehensive STD clinic that offers testing, counseling, and treatment to the Denver area.

They provide HIV and Hepatitis C testing, medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorders, and medical case management for people living with HIV. Interior AIDS AssociationInterior AIDS Association seeks to provide care and prevention resources for HIV/AIDS and is headquartered in Fairbanks. They provide community programming, support groups, advocacy, and an LGBTQ-friendly medical provider directory. Choosing Our Roots provides housing support, case management, bridge housing, host homes, and referrals to additional services. Other services offered include STI testing and treatment and HIV prevention via PrEP and safe sex education. They have HIV clinics in Huntsville, Florence, and Albertville and provide primary care and telemedicine services.

Rainbow Youth AllianceRainbow Youth Alliance offers support groups for LGBTQ youth and young adults ages through twice monthly, adult-facilitated, peer-to-peer support group meetings. Pride Center of MarylandThe Pride Center of Maryland offers various groups and programming for LGBTQ individuals in addition to cultural competency training for the community. FreeState JusticeFreeState Justice combines direct legal services with education and outreach to assist low-income LGBTQ individuals with name changes, gender marker changes, and various discrimination and family law matters. Frederick CenterThe Frederick Center has a number of programming and support groups offered to LGBTQ individuals in central Maryland. AIDS Action Baltimore (AAB)AAB is dedicated to providing patient services, including financial assistance, research, treatment access advocacy and HIV prevention services, including PrEP for all people with HIV in the Baltimore metropolitan area. At the center of their efforts are youth programs that include weekly groups and activities, a scholarship program, a free chest binder program, youth overnights, and more parent and teen programs that support LGBTQ+ youth and help create welcoming, safe spaces.

They offer teletherapy to clients located outside of Portland for those who cannot make the drive. Quest Center for Integrative HealthQuest Center for Integrative Health is a non-profit wellness center originally opened as a care center for HIV/AIDS patients.
